Made by Hand, Made with Heart

For now, we’re starting small with a micro eatery, offering pre-order items for pick-up. It’s our first step toward sharing this dream and slowly building it, one creation at a time. To begin, we’ll be working under cottage food laws—baking fresh baguettes, crafting Asian-inspired sweets, and preparing a selection of simple savory foods from home.

As we grow, our goal is to open a welcoming space where we can share even more of the Asian savory flavors we love, and create a place for the community to gather and enjoy them together.

HOW IT CAME ABOUT:

I often find myself talking with my husband about the future—wondering what life might look like as we grow older. One dream that has always stayed close to my heart is opening a small café. A place where we can serve good coffee, homemade treats, and savory comfort foods. More than that, I imagine a space where people can slow down, feel at home, and enjoy a quiet moment alone or share laughter with a friend.

What makes me happiest is seeing people connect—watching them smile, laugh, and enjoy food made with love. I picture a place where my husband and I welcome everyone not just as customers, but as family. A cozy spot inspired by the peaceful countryside of Cambodia, where we were born, yet rooted here in the country that raised me. My hope is to bring that same feeling of warmth and belonging to our community.
